Mel Wildermuth
Mel Wildermuth is the Community Chair of The Leader Campus®. Mel's powerful imagination quickly generates games, simulations, and activities designed to "make learning stick." Along with his partner and wife of 25 years Cris, Mel has written several published articles including "The 10 M's of Employee Engagement" (T&D Magazine) and "Decoding Leadership Ethics" (Journal of Industrial and Commercial Training). Mel is a certified Rhythm Circle Facilitator and a Master Trainer in the Five Factor Model of personality. His current writing and research interests include the impact of the brain on diversity relations.
Dr. Cris Wildermuth
Dr. Cris Wildermuth is the President of the Leadership Institute and an Associate Professor at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, where she directs the Master of Science in Leadership Development. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Dr. Wildermuth has traveled extensively, conducting leadership development programs in various countries in Latin America and in Europe. Dr. Wildermuth's main research interests are Leadership Ethics and Employee Engagement.

An expert community builder and social media guru, Olivier Taupin is the founder of one-million-member Linked:HR, the largest professional group on LinkedIn worldwide, and the process strategist behind more than one hundred large business communities, including Linked:Energy (229K members), Next Dimension Careers (121K members), and Linked:Seattle (54K members). Olivier is also the Chief Evangelist of Neposmart, a patented IoT (Internet of Thing) and M2M (Machine to Machine) security technology that combines video surveillance, automation, and parameter security, all of this managed through smartphones, iPads, or tablets.
