Our team development processes include:
- Assessing the team members' personality traits and helping the team understand potential strengths and blind spots.
- Conducting team development workshops (virtually or face-to-face).
Global Intelligence Agency
This lively one- to two-day team adventure is inserted in a "spy" atmosphere. Topics include respect for diversity, cooperation, communications, trust, innovation, and a culture of service. Participants are “secret intelligence agents” who must conquer challenging team missions in order to earn the “Global Intelligence Agency” badge.
Beneath the Surface
This four-hour program introduces the Big Five model of personality to employees of various levels. Leaders, in particular, may benefit from a better understanding of the impact of personality diversity on teamwork and communications. Participants assess their own personality traits, estimate the traits of others, and connect personality diversity to productive workplace relations.
This flexible program can be structured to run three or six hours. Its main objective is to introduce the engagement phenomenon to all organizational members. The program features a “space exploration theme” and a lively simulation that mimics the dangers of disengagement.
