This week we speak with a gentleman who has experience commanding a squadron, an operations group, an ROTC Region, a school and college--deploying in support of almost every conflict and humanitarian effort since the 1991 Gulf War. He has also worked in the Pentagon, on the Joint Staff in Strategic Plans. He is J. William "Bill" DeMarco and we discuss leaders who worked for the greater good. A former Miss USA is the interviewee this week with the discussion centering on how leaders can deliver both. Terri Britt, Miss USA 1982, speaks with me on unconditional love for oneself and how that can impact one’s dealings with family and employees.
